I have a kid who I met at the detention center. He was asking me about vampire books and I found him some. He perused through a book on southern vampires and asked meif it was based on true stories. I said that it could be based on folklore, but that I wasn't that familiar. He responded with, "I think they're real stories. See, I myself am vampiric. So I know they're real." I said that "I think the book will work out for you then" and tried to back out of the conversation. Anyway, he came in today and introduced himself as Lestat. I just can't bring myself to call him by that so I keep telling him that his computer is ready but not calling out his name for the computer. I just feel stupid calling him that.

Worst Kid Name Ever: Lagina Johnson. Yes, the "i" is pronounced as a long vowel....Whose parents would do that to a girl? Closely followed by Shitarra.

This is really silly, but I have a kid (10 or 11 years old) that comes inabout once a week and every time he says, "Can I get on a kid's PC?" Idon't know why, but it's like nails on a chalkboard whenever he says "pc".He's a nice kid, but it just drives me nutso. (He just got on a pc a fewminutes ago...)
